Livestreaming

Your stage is everywhere: live, hybrid or on demand.

We broadcast conferences, webinars and events in professional picture and sound quality – publicly on YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn, or exclusively for your selected audience on our protected streaming platform Streamingserver.at.

A livestream turns your venue into a worldwide stage. We take care of cameras, sound, direction, internet connection and platform – and on request also include online guests, interpreting and interaction. You focus on your content and your audience; we make sure the broadcast arrives reliably and professionally.

Full service for your livestream

From technical planning to post-production: we check the location, set up the stream, integrate presentations and graphics and accompany the broadcast with experienced staff – on site in Vienna and throughout Austria.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How much does a livestream cost?

The price depends on duration, number of cameras, location, platform and additional services. After a brief briefing we prepare a transparent, individual quote.

Which platforms can you stream to?

We stream to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn or your own website. For closed events we also offer our protected streaming platform “Streamingserver.at”.

What is the difference between a livestream, a hybrid event and a webinar?

With a pure livestream, an event is broadcast live to the outside world. A hybrid event combines an on-site audience with connected online guests – including interaction such as questions and votes. A webinar is a purely online format for an audience outside the hall. We advise you on which format suits your goal.

How many cameras make sense for a livestream?

For panel discussions, presentations and conferences we recommend 1 to 8 cameras, so you can cut between wide shots, speakers and audience.

What internet connection does a livestream need?

We check the connection on site and can provide our own internet based on bonded mobile connections for additional fail-safety.

Can an event be broadcast live and recorded at the same time?

Yes. We record the finished programme feed at the same time and can then create a complete recording or individual clips from it.

How secure are closed participant groups and what applies to data protection?

For internal or paying audiences we stream via our protected streaming platform “Streamingserver.at” with access restriction instead of public channels. We coordinate recording, storage and access with your data protection requirements.

How much lead time do you need for planning?

The usual lead time is about two to four weeks. Requests at shorter notice are also possible depending on date and scope.

Do you also work outside Vienna?

Yes, we work throughout Austria and internationally. We coordinate travel and additional technology individually for each location.

Can you integrate interpreting and multilingual content?

Yes. We integrate simultaneous interpreters directly into the stream – ideal for international conferences and multilingual events.

Ready for your livestream?

Send us the date, location and key details – we advise you on the right setup and prepare an individual quote.
