Frequently asked questions.
What types of events do you cover?
From conferences and congresses to corporate events and panel discussions, specialist conferences and press conferences – we have experience with small round tables as well as events with several hundred participants.
What is the difference between video recording, live camera, side-by-side, webinar and livestream?
The video recording is intended for later use. The live camera shows the action in real time on the screen in the hall. Side-by-side combines speaker and presentation in a single image. A webinar is an online format aimed at an audience outside the hall, while a livestream broadcasts the entire event live to the outside world.
Can you record an event and show it live on screen at the same time?
Yes, that is actually the most common case: we record simultaneously with the live projection, so you end up with both the live experience in the hall and finished video material for subsequent use.
What exactly is a highlight video and how long is it?
A highlight video is a compact edit of the most important moments of your event, usually 2–3 minutes long. It is ideal for your website, social media and internal communication, conveying the atmosphere even afterwards.
Do you bring all the equipment or can you also use our existing sound system?
Both are possible. On request we bring our own camera, sound and lighting equipment or integrate your existing (e.g. sound) system on site – whichever makes most sense for your location.
How much lead time do you need for planning and setup before the event?
The usual lead time is 2 weeks for planning; requests at shorter notice are also possible on request. The earlier we are involved, the better we can adapt technology and schedule to your location.
How long does setup take on site, and how much time should we plan for it?
That depends on the scope and the location – from a single camera to a multi-camera setup with live camera and sound technology. We agree the exact timeframe together in the preliminary discussion.
Do you also work outside Vienna, throughout Austria or internationally?
Yes, we work throughout Austria and internationally. Just talk to us about your location.
Can you also cover multi-day events or several locations at the same time?
Yes. Staff, direction and technology are planned accordingly for simultaneous programme items and locations.
Do you also offer lighting and stage technology, or only camera and sound?
We also offer lighting, stage technology and conference systems from our own equipment, so you get everything from a single source.
Can you integrate simultaneous interpreting into the production?
Yes, we offer simultaneous interpreting with remotely connected interpreters who are integrated directly into our production – ideal for international conferences and multilingual events.
What does the price of an event production depend on?
The price depends on the number of cameras, the duration of the event, the desired additional services (e.g. live camera, highlight video, interpreting) and the effort required for setup and dismantling. After a brief preliminary discussion we prepare an individual quote.
How quickly do we receive the finished recordings or the highlight video after the event?
That depends on the scope of the event. An event video is usually edited within 2 working days; conference videos from multi-day events take about 7–10 days to edit. We agree the exact timeframe in the preliminary discussion.
Who owns the rights to the recordings, and may we use them e.g. on social media?
The finished files become your full property and you can use them freely, e.g. on your website or on social media. We settle the details in the quote or contract.
