Frequently asked questions.
How many videos are produced in one shooting session?
That depends on the format booked: a single video produces one finished video per shoot, while a subscription produces several videos to cover the agreed rhythm (e.g. weekly or daily).
Do I have to appear on camera myself?
No, not necessarily. Product, recipe and B-roll-heavy videos also work without people on camera. If a face suits the brand, you, an employee or a booked creator can step in front of the camera.
What music is used – can it be used free of licence concerns?
We use licensed music from stock libraries or the platforms’ own sound libraries, so you can publish the videos on all channels without worry. On request we coordinate the music choice and mood individually.
Is there a revision round before the video is final?
Yes, before final delivery we coordinate the rough cut and fine cut with you so the finished video matches your expectations.
In which format and resolution do you deliver?
You receive the finished video as MP4 in the optimal resolution for each platform – typically 1080×1920 px (9:16) for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, additionally in 1:1 or 16:9 on request.
How can I arrange a shoot or consultation?

What happens if I don’t like the finished video?
If the result clearly deviates from the agreed idea, we will revise it within the scope of the order. A clearly coordinated concept at the start minimises this risk from the outset.
Do you also write the script or text for the video?
Yes, on request we take care of script, voice-over text and narration completely – or we work with your existing text and adapt it for the short-video format.
Can you also turn existing material into social media videos?
Yes, we also edit existing raw or event material into finished social media cuts – practical when recordings already exist and only the right preparation for the short-video format is missing.
How does payment work?
Billing takes place after completion by invoice, monthly for ongoing subscriptions. We clarify the details together in the quote.
