- Concept & preliminary discussion: format, location and desired delivery formats are agreed together.
- Camera, sound, lighting: we set up at your premises, in Studio 1120 Vienna or at one of our partner locations.
- Recording – live on request: multi-camera recording with sound, streamed live at the same time if desired.
- Editing & delivery: multicam edit, mix and export in the agreed formats.

Frequently asked questions.
Which types of podcast are possible?
We produce audio podcasts (e.g. for Spotify) and video podcasts (e.g. for YouTube). Usually 2–3 people talk to each other about a specific topic. Most of the podcasts we produce are part of an ongoing series dedicated to a particular subject (e.g. real estate market, working worlds, literature).
How much does a podcast production cost?
It depends on the scope – number of cameras, location, desired delivery formats (MP4 only, or also MP3, transcript, reels) and whether the recording is streamed live. After a short preliminary discussion we prepare an individual quote.
How much time should we plan for a recording?
In addition to the actual conversation time, it is best to allow 30–45 minutes for setup and teardown. When recording several episodes in one day, the effort per episode drops significantly since camera, sound and lighting are already in place.
How long does it take until we receive the finished files?
Depending on the scope and delivery formats, usually a few working days after the recording. We agree the exact timeframe in the preliminary discussion.
How often should we publish new episodes?
A monthly or fortnightly rhythm has proven successful for most corporate formats – regular enough for visibility, yet realistic to plan. We are happy to advise on the right cadence for your format.
Who owns the rights to the recordings?
The finished files become your full property. Details are set out in the quote and contract.
Do we need our own equipment or prior experience?
No. We bring the complete equipment – camera, sound, lighting – and handle the technical implementation. You and your guests focus on the conversation.
How many guests can be recorded at the same time?
Our standard setup is designed for a host plus one guest (3 cameras). For formats with several guests at the same time, we agree the setup individually.
Can we test the format in advance, e.g. with a pilot episode?
Yes, we even recommend it – a pilot episode shows whether format, tone and process fit before planning a whole season.
What happens if we do not like a recording in terms of content?
Minor content adjustments (editing, cuts, clips) are a normal part of post-production and are covered by the quote. For more fundamental change requests we agree the approach individually.
